Videotapes may change child sex abuse convictions

SAN JOSE, Calif.—The discovery of thousands of videotaped medical examinations recorded during child sex-abuse investigations in Santa Clara County could effect the outcome of a number of criminal convictions dating back to 1991.
The Santa Clara County district attorney's office says the tapes were found by medical experts hired by two convicted defendants. Those experts determined that the tapes contradicted medical findings that sex abuse had ever occurred.
One of the two convictions, that of Agustin Uribe, has already been overturned by a state appeals court because of the tape. The second conviction is now in question.
Prosecutors will review some 3,000 tapes recorded in cases dating back to 1991 and determine which cases ended in convictions. Defense attorneys will be notified by prosecutors in any cases where new evidence appears.

Honorable Sir /Madam,
I am sending this information regarding the dishonest activates/corruption that plagues the Los Angeles County. It is embarrassing how the state of California has many restrictions to eliminate fraud but, on the other hand, the people from DCFS are committing several violations that are not being reported.
I have the acknowledgement of many people who have become victims of DCFS but, unfortunately, most of those victims could not afford to pay for an attorney to defend them. Most attorneys helping the people who have become victims are tenets of DCFS, and favor them, which influence them not to investigate any complaints or to avoid external conflicts with DCFS.
· Our priority is to see that children don’t suffer due to corruption and malicious activities.
Any investigation that your institution can provided will serve justice.

DeleteI am a victum of dcfs they disclosed information and with held information that my sons were sexually abused. Informed mother an sons it didnt happen after never getting boys check but check the mother for telling on perpator for in apporiate conduct when they had proof he done it before. Using mothers disabilty making her undergo hoops to see her children taking them from her placing them back in harm with the abuser after the boys told everyone of the abuse refuse to help the mother letting the perp get away claiming hes a better man for the children. Telling him that they will take them from mother and let them reside with the inapporiate father and his inapporaiate mother. Do to mother telling and being a victum of demostic volience .. removed all the children and covering up sexual abuse that children reported. DeleteDcfs system .. And was abused once i got older i sued the County ...now my son is in foster care i don't do drugs drink.or party i honesty think they're paying me back...my son has the same judge that i had when i was in foster care i don't no what to do at all
